How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Remainingunit Roofing wants each homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Remainingunit Roofing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we matched you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If something is wrong with work on your home, you will usually want to take it up with the provider first. Keep a written record as you go.

Still, let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be dropped from the network. Please understand that Remainingunit Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@remainingunit.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with a licensed provider, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
