Remainingunit Roofing is a referral service. Homeowners come to us with roof problems and ask to be matched with a local provider. We pass those requests to independent contractors in our network.
If you run a roofing business and want more homeowner conversations, this may be a fit. You stay independent. You set your own prices, schedule and terms.
This is not a job posting. We are not hiring employees. We are looking for independent businesses.
Who We Are Looking For
A good fit is a roofing contractor who:
- Works in Dallas or elsewhere in the Dallas area
- Focuses on roof replacement and new installs, and also handles repair and storm work
- Likes explaining the job in plain words
- Writes clear estimates that a first-time homeowner can follow
- Shows up when scheduled and keeps people informed
Homeowners here deal with hot, humid summers, heavy downpours and storm season. Providers who understand those conditions are a good match.
What We Expect
Providers in the network are expected to:
- Hold the licenses and insurance required in Texas
- Provide written estimates with a clear scope
- Be honest about price, materials and timeline
- Respond to homeowner requests in a timely way
- Handle permits and local rules on their own jobs
- Do the work themselves or through their own crews
We do not do roofing work, and we do not supervise yours. Each provider is responsible for its own work and its own customers.
How the Referral Model Works
Homeowners do not pay Remainingunit Roofing to request an estimate. Providers may pay a referral fee when they are connected with a homeowner. We will go over the details with you before you join. There are no promises about job volume or results.

- The types of roofing work you do
- Your license and insurance details
- A good way to reach you
We will read it and reply if there is a fit.
